when was the first time you heard,

how many times have you heard these sounds since that time?
during what age(s) did you hear these sounds the most?

do the sounds of the letter of your name affect your mood?
then vs now?
could these sounds be part of the foundation of you?

does a song from youth hit the same? medicine or malice?

practical application of visualization

example: toothache or ivy rash
pain and itching rise and fall in waves
some hours more intense some less

with each rise in pain or itch,
visualize a flower blooming matching the rise,
in as much detail as possible.
after two or three repetitions,
the pain / itch will begin the lessen.
repeat until there is no pain.

of course, it requires focus.
stopping the repetition will cause a gradual increase of pain/itch.
add a breathing technique and it may last longer.

The search for an answer to a question reaches a dead end when it seemingly should not.
Efforts to simplify and cross reference also find the same end.
The same occurs no matter the age of reference material being used.
Occurs more and more frequently.

Prescription:
metaphor, analogy, allegory, etc..: taken daily upon waking across as many subjects as possible

The connection of sequences helps resolve the vagaries of words, history and being.
