Symptoms with physical reference materials: The search for an answer to a question reaches a dead end when it seemingly should not. Efforts to simplify and cross reference also find the same end. The same occurs no matter the age of reference material being used. Occurs more and more frequently.
Prescription: metaphor, analogy, allegory, etc..: taken daily upon waking across as many subjects as possible

Short & Sweet Summing the degree value of each letter of a language’s word for their deity being close or exactly 360 degrees. Implies that languages are based on a similar geometric structure.
As the runic has references to deities used by those that lived long ago in the place we call egypt today… It is the beginning of the sequence, also based on the sequence of the appearance of religions. runic (ancient egyptian) -> hebrew -> english -> arabic
In reference to appearance of religions. Using the zodiac constellations. Each constellation being divided equally by 3 (decans). Religions can be placed in one of the 3 divisions. The center being the dominant religion of the “zodical age”. The division being next to the “new upcoming age” holds the oldest religion. The division being next to the “previous age” being the new religion on the block.
In reference to the 3 divisions of a zodiac constellation (decans). The date of Ramadan precesses each year by 10 to 11 days. Note the start & end date of Ramadan 2025. Note the start & end date of Pisces. Divide the Pisces range of days by 3. Compare to start and end of Ramadan 2025.
Not to avoid the geometry / language associations. But, consider being in the age that is on the opposite side of the zodiac constellation circle. Knowing the events of the cycle. What would you do? The fall of man, defined by “mind”. How would you protect and ensure the survival of humanity and their minds? Would humanity use a spoken language? What would their effort look like in present day? Then look again at the complexity sequence and focus of morals in religions through the ages. hint: focus, many to 1. nature to individual. perhaps a bit of insight into the future.
then… consider the boundaries of language through the ages.

Choose a time to make the attempt. ideal, but not a necessity, 3:14 am or just after. February 14th or just after.
1. 24 hours before: Fasting & Sleep Deprivation
2. 1 hour before: Physical Fatigue (exercise)
3. 15 minutes before: Repetition (breathing & meditation) bring the body & mind to calm, relaxed stillness
4. While maintaining the rhythm of breathing, and the state of relaxed calmness: Cause yourself to have cold chills. Prevent it spreading throughout the body. Mentally contain it to its origin as a sphere.
5. On inhale of breath, visualize the sphere moving up the spine. On exhale of breath, visualize the sphere moving down the spine. (no lower than it’s point of origin)
As the sphere moves up the spine, it may stop at a certain point. This is Resistance. The continued movement up to the point of resistance, and down again will gradually remove it. The sphere will then move higher up the spine.
The point of no return. Choosing to move the sphere beyond the base of the skull. This choice is permanent and can not be unmade.

These influence the 3 structures of the body. The practices applied in the correct sequence, can move a human into a state of equilibrium.
Fasting soul & body -stop, accumulation of energy
Sleep deprivation spirit -stop, accumulation of thoughts
Physical fatigue (i.e. dancing, exercise) body -expend, energy from the body
Repetition (i.e breath, prayer, meditation, mantra) spirit -expend, thoughts from the mind
From this state of equilibrium, a brief connection to an energy source can be made, to form a contained spherical region of energy, near the base of the spine.
The goal / attempt: Move the energy, in incremental steps, up the spine into the brain.
It is best to spend time with each of, the 4 practices individually. To become familiar and comfortable with them.
do not wake fully in the morning. instead form a simple question in mind. drift into sleep again holding the question. upon waking again, do not waken fully. bring the previous question to mind. wait for an answer to follow. if no answer… simplify the question, and take it into sleep again. repeat until sleep is no longer available. in this way a dialog can be created. it being a useful source of knowledge.
continued practice will eventually lead to…
noticing that a voiced question asked of someone, is answered by a mental voice at the same time or slightly before, the answer from the individual that was asked. the mental voice may sound like your own voice.
the mental voice will start answering questions more quickly. eventually, the mental voice will answer before the full question can be voiced.
at this point the mental voice answers before the question is spoken. and it will then answer before the question can be mentally formed. then it answers when the need of a question is recognized. the last step, the mental voice is no longer present as it is too slow. here the answer is known when the need of a question is recognized.
Simply through documenting unique thoughts, ideas, feelings, images, insights, concepts etc.. These can be documented through hand-writing, or through a note taking app. Each entry should state the subject and description of what makes it unique. The description should be as short as possible. Smallest number of words to define the uniqueness. Each time something unique comes to mind, it should be documented as quickly as possible.
By doing this the mind becomes accustomed to being at the edge of what is known. This practice will also increase the rate of unique things that come to mind. The reason for using as few words as possible. Once the rate has reached the maximum, maintain that level for a week or so and then, slow down the documenting to every other unique thing, then every third, etc until it is at a comfortable, easily maintainable level.
Continue this practice. The rate will eventually slow on its own accord to once a day, month etc..
What is real? re-al re: latin prefix: to do again, repeat al: arabic definitive: The real: a specific that repeats (not etymology)
There are many ways to create the crack in reality. a few being: -chems.: farma lab based -natural: various parts of various plants -natural behavior: practices such as fasting, prayer, mantra, dancing, physical fatigue, bead counting, etc. -trauma, life event, usually at an early age
Chems -risky -potential long term damage
Natural -risky, but not as nearly as much as chems.
Natural Behavior -benign -takes time and focused dedication to crack reality
What is true of these three -short term -very little is brought back in a useable and shareable form.
Trauma Forces a detachment from reality as defined via the repeated collective, social mind.
All of the examples can be the seed of a different reality that can start its definition. Effort.
